Every appointment begins with a considered consultation. This allows us to understand your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences before any service begins.
We believe honest consultation is essential. If a desired result is not achievable in one visit, we will discuss realistic timelines and options to protect the health and integrity of your hair.
ONLINE BOOKING INFORMATION
When booking online, please select your colour services first, followed by any cutting or styling services.
This ensures accurate timing within our booking system.
All colour services must be booked with at least a post-colour blow-dry. Even if you prefer to leave with damp hair, this time is required to allow for correct processing, finishing, and quality control.
If you’re unsure what to book, we strongly recommend contacting the salon prior to your appointment so we can guide you.
TIMING & APPOINTMENT FLOW
Appointments at Stable Space are structured to allow appropriate time for consultation, application, processing, and finishing.
On busier days, services may be staggered as part of our workflow; however, the time allocated to your service remains unchanged. Our priority is maintaining quality and consistency throughout your appointment.
Arriving late may impact what can be achieved within your scheduled time.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Stable Space operates with a tiered, genderless pricing structure. Pricing is based on the time required and the stylist level, rather than gender.
This approach ensures transparency, consistency, and fairness across all services.

ONGOING MAINTENANCE & REBOOKING
Great hair is a long-term process. During your appointment, your stylist may recommend a future maintenance schedule to ensure your cut or colour continues to wear well between visits.
Pre-booking is encouraged to secure your preferred stylist and appointment time.
